Several retailers have already been confirmed for Waterview Marketplace, currently under construction at Bloomfield Avenue Route 46 and Waterview Boulevard, according to the developer, RD Management.
The 150,150-square-foot mall will accommodate 679 cars.
Confirmed tenants so far:
- Whole Foods (4,100 square feet of indoor
- and outdoor seating, 203 seats)
- Homesense
- DSW
- Ulta Beauty
- The Paper Store
- Shake Shack
- MedFirst Primary & Urgent Care
- B. Good
